Case Management Analyst – ECB Project

About the role

The Case Management Analyst will lead technical oversight of digital case management systems for children with disabilities under the Every Child Belongs (ECB) Programme. The role ensures high‑quality data, supports frontline workers, and drives evidence‑based programming while complying with safeguarding and data protection standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assure quality of case registration, assessment, referral, follow‑up and closure across all ECB areas.
• Maintain and analyse case management databases, conduct data quality checks and produce regular reports for decision‑making.
• Provide training, coaching and mentorship to social workers, community case workers and partner organisations on the Disability Case Management System (DCMS) in CommCare.
• Support partners in using the DCMS, track referral completion rates and coordinate inter‑agency service mapping.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, child protection, disability inclusion and data privacy policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Information Systems, Public Health, Data Science or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years experience managing digital case management platforms (e.g., CommCare) and supporting child protection or disability programmes.
• Proven experience with database management, data analysis and handling confidential information.
• Experience working with government social welfare structures and NGOs or donor‑funded projects.
