About the role
NTU International is preparing a proposal for the “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost”. The organisation seeks a qualified Non‑Key Expert to provide administrative, operational and logistical support for programme implementation, ensuring smooth contract monitoring, financial reporting and event coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver administrative, operational and logistical support to the AESPP Boost programme.
- Monitor contracts and project activities, ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
- Assist with financial reporting and budget tracking.
- Organise meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and other events.
- Coordinate project‑related activities and liaise with partners across Africa and the EU.
Required profile
- University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
- At least three years of professional experience in project administration, contract monitoring, logistics or operational support.
- Minimum one year of experience supporting donor‑funded or international programmes, with a focus on contract monitoring, financial reporting and event organisation.
- Experience working in Africa is considered an advantage.
