Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw data into actionable insights. In this role you will support strategic decisions by implementing tracking solutions, analysing user behaviour, and delivering clear reports that improve website performance and marketing ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse traffic patterns, user journeys and conversion funnels to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio/Data Studio or Tableau.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Audit tracking implementations regularly to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends and craft data‑driven narratives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
