Technical Advisor I – Cooperative Development

About the role

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is seeking a Technical Advisor I to support cooperative development initiatives. Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support to cooperative development projects in the field.
• Collaborate with local partners, community groups, and stakeholders to design and implement effective cooperative programs.
• Ensure all activities comply with CRS safeguarding policies and the Code of Conduct.
• Assist in monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on program performance and outcomes.

Required profile

• Legal eligibility to work in the country of assignment and ability to obtain any required work permits.
• Commitment to CRS’s safeguarding standards and willingness to sign the Code of Conduct.
• Readiness to complete pre‑employment medical clearance where applicable.
• Alignment with CRS’s values and dedication to serving vulnerable populations.
