Team Leader – Women's Integrated Sexual Health (WISH) Policy & Systems

About the role

Palladium is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the Women’s Integrated Sexual Health (WISH) Dividend Policy & Systems programme across seven African countries. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will act as the central representative, guiding Country Leads and ensuring high‑quality, demand‑driven technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for WISH P&S across all workstreams, including delivery, M&E, learning and financial management.
• Guide Country Leads in developing and implementing annual workplans that meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Ensure timely completion of technical deliverables and robust programme and financial reporting.
• Monitor payment KPIs, logframe targets and value‑for‑money commitments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the FCDO on programme strategy, technical direction and day‑to‑day oversight.
• Collaborate with the Regional Finance and Operations Manager and the Programme Management Unit to maintain strong governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑country development or health programmes.
• Deep understanding of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) policy and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical assistance projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
