Multi‑Skilled CNC & Production Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Multi‑Skilled CNC & Production Machine Operator to join a leading construction and interior fit‑out company. The role involves operating a diverse range of CNC and automated equipment in a modern manufacturing facility that works with wood, stone and glass.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, program and run CNC woodworking machining centres, door manufacturing machines and laser cutters.
• Operate wood edge banding, stone beam saws, edging/polishing, and glass cutting & edging machines.
• Monitor production output, ensure quality standards are met and maintain safe working practices.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production data and maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating CNC and automated production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work across multiple machine types and materials (wood, stone, glass).
• Strong commitment to safety and equipment care.
