Country Lead – Sales Capability

About the role

As the Country Lead for Sales Capability, you will be responsible for building strong commercial capabilities across the organization. You will conduct detailed needs analyses, standardize processes and tools, and design sales training programs tailored to the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and analyze sales capability gaps and define improvement initiatives.
• Standardize sales processes, tools, and best‑practice methodologies across the country.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve sales training and development programs aligned with market requirements.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, produce actionable reports and ensure adoption of recommended practices.
• Implement succession planning and talent development strategies to sustain long‑term capability growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales capability, commercial enablement or similar functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive change across the organization.

Required skills

• Experience with sales process design and standardization.
• Knowledge of sales training methodologies and performance measurement.
