Contract Supervisor – Security Operations

About the role

The Contract Supervisor will lead the daily deployment of security personnel, ensuring strict adherence to client SOPs, company policies and local labour regulations. This role serves as the primary liaison with the client, guaranteeing high‑performance security services across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily deployment of security staff, aligning 100% with client SOPs and governing labour laws.
• Oversee site risk profile, conduct proactive vetting and maintain zero unmanned posts.
• Lead investigations of security incidents, delivering root‑cause analysis reports within agreed timelines.
• Conduct monthly coaching sessions to foster a disciplined, compliant, high‑performance workforce.
• Ensure timely submission of weekly and monthly operational reports with complete data integrity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, resolving queries within SLA timeframes.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Security Management or related field (valid MSCE required).
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience managing medium to large remote security contracts.
• Supervisory Training Certificate and additional leadership certifications are a plus.
• High integrity, clean employment record and ability to anticipate client needs under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel) for digital reporting.
• Strong investigative skills and deep knowledge of Malawian labour laws and national safety legislation.
