Client Support Officer – Customer Service & Relationship Management

About the role

The Client Support Officer will act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional and client‑focused experience. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role supports the achievement of business objectives through effective engagement, issue resolution and seamless service delivery across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on Private Wealth, Money Market, Unit Trust Funds and other investment products.
• Respond to client enquiries, process service requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor outstanding client requests to ensure compliance with service standards and turnaround times.
• Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, meeting packs and other business communications.
• Manage front‑office and reception duties, including visitor management, telephone enquiries and correspondence.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistical arrangements for staff and events.
• Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary management and meeting coordination.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, client support or relationship management.
• Proven ability to handle enquiries, complaints and service requests within agreed standards.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Strong data management capabilities.
