About the role
The Administrator, Operations, People & Culture ensures efficient and compliant delivery of HR operational services. Working closely with People & Culture Business Partners and Centres of Excellence, the role supports employee experience, data integrity, and continuous improvement across core HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on People & Culture policies, procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Administer employee benefits, prepare employment offers and manage onboarding, off‑boarding and mobility processes.
- Handle employee queries on payroll, benefits and self‑service systems, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain data integrity, perform compliance checks and monitor case workflows against service level agreements.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive employee engagement, resolve workplace issues and support managers.
- Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives by analysing data, implementing HR projects and identifying automation opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of People & Culture principles, policies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset, high attention to detail and strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
