Senior Tax Manager, Business Tax

About the role

Deloitte is looking for an experienced, commercially‑mind​ed Senior Tax Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality business tax compliance and advisory services. You will work with a diverse portfolio of local and multinational clients across multiple industries, providing strategic tax advice and managing complex tax engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of business tax compliance and advisory engagements for a broad client portfolio.
• Provide technical advice on corporate income tax, deferred tax, withholding taxes and other direct tax matters.
• Review and approve complex tax computations, tax returns and deferred tax calculations.
• Advise clients on tax‑efficient structures, reorganisations, M&A and other strategic transactions.
• Support clients during tax audits, investigations and dispute resolution.
• Conduct tax health checks, risk assessments and recommend practical solutions.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and communicate implications to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent.
• Typically 7+ years of progressive tax experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Significant experience managing complex corporate tax compliance and advisory engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage senior client relationships.
