About the role
Old Mutual is seeking a Commissioned Financial Advisor to provide tailored financial advice and drive business growth in the Blantyre market. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advice on life assurance and related financial products, ensuring compliance with the company’s value proposition.
- Identify new business opportunities, prospect within assigned markets, and promote the product range.
- Manage customer relationships through CRM, schedule follow‑ups, and maintain accurate data.
- Analyze customer needs, tailor presentations, and resolve complex queries.
- Develop and implement relationship management plans and network at sector events to enhance brand visibility.

- Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and ensure operational compliance.
