Back Office Administrator

About the role

The Back Office Administrator will support the efficient processing of client transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role is pivotal in delivering high‑quality customer service while collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Process new client forms and validate incoming client instructions.
• Handle walk‑in, telephone, and online client queries.
• Verify that clients have submitted all required documentation for transactions.
• Manage pending investments and follow up on new client issues.
• Distribute client communications promptly and coordinate with branch staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Accounting (BAcc) or equivalent qualification in Accounting and Business Administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under regulatory constraints.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
