About the role
The Malawi FMCG Sales Supervisor will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share for fast‑moving consumer goods across the country. This full‑time position focuses on building strong client relationships, expanding the distribution network, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain long‑term stable relationships with existing clients, monitor sales progress and prompt timely re‑ordering.
- Develop new clients with qualified distribution capabilities to continuously improve the customer base.
- Support clients in business expansion to help them achieve growth, thereby increasing company market share and revenue.
- Track market dynamics, conduct research, produce standardized market reports and adjust regional strategies accordingly.
- Provide end‑to‑end support for the full order process, including order placement, transportation arrangement, cargo loading, customs clearance and arrival follow‑up.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in the FMCG industry with deep knowledge of the Malawian market.
- Solid understanding of product import policies and procedures in Malawi.
- Proven experience in customer relationship maintenance and new customer development.
- Prior experience working with Indian‑origin clients is highly preferred.
