Join DeepHealth, a subsidiary of RadNet, a pioneer in AI-driven healthcare solutions. As we expand our footprint across Europe, we are looking for a versatile HR professional to support our European growth by managing HR operations and providing strategic HRBP support, specifically focusing on the Netherlands and the broader European region.

Missions principales

• HR Operations: Autonomously manage the full employee lifecycle, including seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
• HRIS & Administration: Maintain and optimize the HRIS system and ensure rigorous follow-up of compliance, sick leave, and regulatory notifications.
• Policy & Compliance: Draft and update HR policies while ensuring all legal requirements and key dates are strictly monitored.
• HRBP Support: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, managing employee relations and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
• Talent Acquisition: Contribute to the recruitment process through screening, interviewing, and advising hiring managers.
• Culture & Engagement: Actively participate in initiatives designed to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist/HRBP.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong understanding of European labor regulations (knowledge of Dutch labor law is a significant plus).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to advise diverse stakeholders.
• High level of discretion and attention to detail regarding compliance and data management.
