Enterprise Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead complex localization and enterprise delivery projects in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven international environment. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing multilingual projects for enterprise clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of localization and translation projects across multiple languages and service lines.
• Coordinate project workflows, timelines, budgets, and quality‑assurance processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Collaborate with linguists, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify risks, resolve escalations, and implement proactive solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across regions and time zones.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in localization project management or similar client‑facing operational roles.
• Strong knowledge of localization workflows, internationalization processes, and translation technologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make autonomous decisions.
