Transformation Director

About the role

The Transformation Director is accountable for designing, enabling and embedding the future operating model across the enterprise, agriculture and manufacturing. This role leads enterprise‑wide Integrated Business Planning and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enterprise‑wide Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process as the primary cross‑functional mechanism for reconciling demand, supply, capacity, inventory, financial outcomes and strategic priorities.
• Lead end‑to‑end business planning enablement, including governance, calendar, standards, data and analytics, decision forums, scenario capability and continuous improvement.
• Own the enterprise transformation portfolio, ensuring initiatives are prioritised, resourced, governed, adopted, handed over and tracked for benefits.
• Provide integrated enablement through Enterprise Planning and Analytics, Projects and RDO, Change Management, IT and Digital, and Procurement model optimisation.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
• Significant senior leadership experience in enterprise transformation, integrated business planning, strategy execution or operational improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate commercial, operational, financial, technology and people plans and lead enterprise trade‑off decisions.
