Strategic Planning Consultant (Short‑term)

About the role
Orant Charities Africa (OCA) seeks a short‑term Strategic Planning Consultant to finalize its 2024‑2029 Strategic Plan. The consultant will work closely with OCA’s leadership to refine the vision, structure the plan, and ensure it is actionable.
Key responsibilities
- Review the draft strategic plan developed over the past year.
- Facilitate workshops with management and leadership to align on vision and priorities.
- Develop a clear methodology, timeline, and set of deliverables for the final plan.
- Produce a polished strategic document ready for implementation.
- Provide a detailed quote, list of referees, and recommended next steps.
Required profile
- Proven experience in strategic planning for NGOs or similar organisations.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently on a short‑term contract.
