As a key member of the local management team, the Finance & Procurement Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational integrity of our entity. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will bridge the gap between strategic financial planning and efficient resource procurement to drive sustainable growth.

Missions principales

• Financial Management: Develop and monitor annual budgets, track performance against targets, and implement corrective actions to optimize resource allocation.
• Cash & Reporting: Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies while supporting all audit processes.
• Procurement Oversight: Lead the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, tendering, and contract management in line with group policies.
• Resource Optimization: Maintain the vendor database, manage service agreements, and collaborate with departments to anticipate supply needs and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Data Integrity: Guarantee the accuracy of financial and HR-related data, including payroll and staffing budgets.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a dual role involving both financial management and procurement/supply chain oversight.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable financial insights.
• High level of integrity and experience in managing compliance and audit-ready documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work closely with regional functions and local management teams.
