Program Rotational Analyst – Fixed-term

About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking a Program Rotational Analyst on a fixed‑term basis. You will be embedded with the country team that has the most urgent need, supporting high‑priority projects that span program design, operations, and business development. This role offers a fast‑paced, cross‑functional experience in the agricultural development sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑departmental projects, from designing farmer‑facing systems to restructuring internal processes.
• Provide coordination during critical periods such as harvest seasons, program pilots, and budget cycles.
• Prepare briefing notes, proposals, and presentations for senior leadership on strategic topics.
• Conduct cost‑benefit analyses, build financial models, and support budget tracking and variance analysis.
• Travel to field sites to collect data, onboard teams, and implement pilot initiatives.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, document learnings, and recommend program adaptations.
• Assist with donor mapping, concept notes, grant proposals, and coordination with government and partner organizations.
