Program Rotational Analyst – 2‑Year Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

The Program Rotational Analyst works on high‑priority, cross‑departmental projects across One Acre Fund’s country programs. You will be deployed to the team with the most urgent need, gaining hands‑on experience in program design, innovation, business development, field operations, and internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high‑impact projects that span multiple departments, such as redesigning farmer‑facing systems or restructuring internal processes.
• Conduct cost‑benefit analyses, build financial models, and support budget tracking and variance analysis for selected units.
• Travel to field sites to collect data, onboard teams, pilot new initiatives, and identify operational inefficiencies.
• Assist with donor mapping, prepare concept notes and grant proposals, and liaise with local governments and partner organisations.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience handling complex, open‑ended challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a proven capacity to structure problems and execute solutions.
• Exceptional adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, able to quickly get up to speed in new contexts.
• Leadership experience, humility, and a service‑oriented mindset focused on farmers and teammates.
• Passion for agricultural development, willingness to live outside a capital city, and fluency in English (French a plus).
