职位概况

负责酒店物业系统的技术支持与维护，确保计算机网络、服务器及相关硬件设备稳定运行，为宾客和员工提供及时的IT服务。

主要职责

排查并解决软件、硬件及网络故障，维护系统正常运行。
维护计算机网络、服务器及其支持软件，执行系统备份。
管理用户账户，包括创建、删除及密码重置，确保信息安全。
安装、配置并调试工作站、笔记本、 docking站及打印机等设备。
记录并管理技术资产库存，定期检查设备状态。

任职要求

高中或同等学历，具备至少1年相关IT技术支持经验。
能够独立完成设备搬运，重量不超过10磅。
具备良好的沟通能力，能与其他部门协作。

硬件故障诊断与维修
网络通信支持与维护
服务器系统管理
系统备份与恢复
用户账户管理（创建、删除、密码重置）
工作站及外围设备的安装与配置
