- 管理并培训团队，提升员工敬业度和服务水平。
- 处理客人投诉，确保服务质量符合品牌标准。
任职要求
- 高中学历并具4年餐饮相关工作经验，或相关专业两年制学位并2年经验。
- 熟悉餐饮法律法规，具备成本控制和预算管理能力。
- 优秀的沟通与人际关系技巧，能够在压力下做出决策。
必备技能
- 预算编制与财务分析。
- 团队管理与培训。
- 客诉处理与服务质量提升。
