主要职责
- 制定并执行餐饮部门预算及成本控制计划。
- 监督厨房、餐厅、酒吧及客房服务的日常运营。
- 管理并培训餐饮团队，提升员工敬业度和服务质量。
- 处理客人投诉，确保服务标准超出预期。
- 开展人力资源活动，包括绩效考核和培训计划。
任职要求
- 高中学历并具4年餐饮相关工作经验，或拥有餐饮管理类两年制学位并具2年经验。
- 熟悉餐饮法律法规，具备预算编制和财务分析能力。
- 优秀的沟通与团队领导能力。
必备技能
- 预算管理与成本控制。
- 餐饮运营流程管理。
- 员工绩效评估与培训。
