Motion Graphics Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer to turn ideas and stories into dynamic visual content. Working remotely, you will collaborate with our creative, marketing, and video teams to produce animations, explainer videos, and social‑media assets that strengthen our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Transform static designs, scripts, and storyboards into motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animations.
• Edit raw video footage, adding visual effects, transitions, overlays, sound design, and color grading.
• Create visual assets optimized for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), web, and email campaigns.
• Partner with creative directors, copywriters, and marketers to iterate on designs and incorporate feedback.
• Organize and maintain a library of reusable motion templates and project files.
• Ensure all motion deliverables follow brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor, or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (or comparable NLE).
• Solid grasp of design principles, color theory, visual hierarchy, pacing, and typography.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a workstation capable of rendering large animation files.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas and handling feedback.
