About the role
The Conditional Salaried Financial Advisor will acquire, advise and service clients, identifying their financial needs and offering suitable insurance and investment solutions. This role supports Old Mutual’s mission to write Africa’s story together.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service by handling inquiries and ensuring accurate CRM data.
- Interview customers using a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements and propose solutions.
- Prospect and develop relationships with allocated potential customers through calls and in‑person visits.
- Follow mandatory procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
- Identify sales opportunities by gathering referrals and recommendations from existing customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin) – Sales: Banking Services.
- Proven ability to develop, track and review business plans and meet individual performance targets.
