Solutions Manager

About the role

SandSand Technologies is looking for a senior‑level data science professional to lead the development of AI‑driven solutions for critical infrastructure. The role combines advanced analytics, machine learning, and physical‑AI research to create scalable products for water, wastewater, utilities, and smart‑city environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cutting‑edge machine‑learning models that generate business value.
• Conduct independent and collaborative research in Physical AI, integrating engineering models with AI techniques.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to embed models into production‑ready services.
• Communicate findings and impact to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of applied data‑science experience in water, wastewater, utilities, or smart‑infrastructure domains.
• Proven track record of moving data‑science solutions from prototype to production.
• Strong background in statistics, predictive modelling, and advanced analytics.

Required skills

• Machine‑learning model development and evaluation.
• Decision science and domain modelling.
• MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
• Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI.
