Security Agent

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Security Agent to patrol assigned areas, monitor surveillance equipment and ensure the safety of personnel, visitors and property. The role requires a visible presence on‑site and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol designated premises to prevent breaches and protect assets.
• Monitor surveillance systems, alarm networks and access control equipment.
• Enforce security procedures, check identification and conduct bag inspections.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, fires, trespassing or other incidents.
• Write accurate incident reports documenting observations and actions taken.
• Maintain a visible deterrent presence and communicate security concerns to supervisors or law enforcement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Security Agent or in a related security role.
• Excellent observation and communication abilities.
• Calm and effective handling of high‑pressure situations.
• Strong integrity, ethics and professionalism.
• Physical fitness to stand or walk for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; security, military or law‑enforcement certifications are a plus.
• Valid state‑issued security guard license.

Required skills
