Missions principales

• Manage and oversee client files with high precision and efficiency.
• Execute essential administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Provide direct client support through professional email and telephone communication.
• Identify, analyze, and report friction points to continuously improve our processes.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure operational excellence.

Profil recherché

• Educational background: MBO+/HBO level.
• Language proficiency: Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (mandatory).
• Bonus skills: Proficiency in French or German is a significant advantage.
• Mindset: Autonomous, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Team player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with a strong willingness to learn.
