IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of our organization’s servers, networks, storage and cloud environments. The role ensures high availability, security and performance across all technical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy and maintain on‑premise and cloud infrastructure including servers, networking, storage and virtualization.
• Guarantee high availability, optimal performance and robust security for all IT systems.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Manage backup strategies, disaster‑recovery plans and business‑continuity processes.
• Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades and routine maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards and security protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure service quality.
• Lead and support the IT support staff and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and related tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills.
