Join a dynamic Dutch fintech company dedicated to providing real-time market data for European stocks and ETFs. As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and managing the entire employee lifecycle from end to end.

Missions principales

• Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations and people-related matters, aligning HR policies with organizational strategy.
• Operational Excellence: Operationalize HR processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
• Employee Experience: Monitor and enhance employee engagement and experience, ensuring practices remain consistent with our EVP and company culture.
• Administration & Compliance: Oversee payroll administration, contract management, and ensure HR systems comply with business needs and legal requirements.
• Data & Reporting: Collect and structure HR data to provide meaningful reporting and insights for decision-making.
• External Liaison: Coordinate with external providers regarding relocation, housing, 30% tax rulings, pensions, and insurance.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a hands-on HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership (reporting to the Chief of Staff).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative and strategic tasks simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
