Graphic Designer – Retail Brand & Marketing

About the role

Join OG Build Africa’s fast‑paced retail team in Blantyre as a full‑time Graphic Designer. You will shape visual communication for both digital and print channels, supporting the brand’s growth and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media graphics, in‑store signage, promotional materials, and product branding assets.
• Develop design concepts that align with established brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Prepare production‑ready files for both digital distribution and print production.
• Collaborate with marketing, retail, and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting set deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial graphic design work, especially logo design and branding.
• Proficiency in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and evolve brand guidelines.
• Attention to detail and a solid visual sense.
• Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
