Financial Management Analyst – Treasury Management

About the role

The Financial Management Analyst – Treasury Management ensures effective liquidity management, safeguards donor funds, and supports program delivery through sound financial practices. You will monitor cash flow across multiple projects, forecast cash needs, and manage relationships with banks and mobile‑money partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor cash‑flow forecasts to guarantee adequate liquidity for operations.
• Consolidate partner funding and grant‑level cash projections, and submit funding requests in line with donor timelines.
• Manage petty‑cash operations, including disbursements, reconciliations and replenishments.
• Perform bank reconciliations, oversee mobile‑money and beneficiary payments, and ensure accurate direct‑funding reconciliation.
• Maintain relationships with banking and mobile‑money partners, update exchange rates in Sun System, and support foreign‑currency trading and hedging.
• Manage investment accounts for gratuity, pensions and severance funds, and coordinate reporting in line with global policies.
• Monitor treasury‑related risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support audit readiness.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in cash‑flow planning, liquidity management, and banking operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance, program and shared‑services teams.
• Understanding of donor compliance, regulatory standards and treasury risk management.
