ATM Management Services Supervisor

About the role

The ATM Management Services Supervisor leads daily ATM operations, ensuring service level agreements are met and cash availability is maintained across all locations. This position combines operational leadership, financial oversight, and risk management to deliver uninterrupted ATM services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily ATM management operations, allocating resources and coordinating cash replenishment to meet SLA targets.
• Lead cash reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and guarantee 100% financial accuracy.
• Plan and forecast high‑volume cash logistics, especially for public holidays and peak periods.
• Ensure compliance with Group Mandatory Security Principles, regulatory requirements, and internal cash controls.
• Manage and mentor a team of ATM Custodians, providing training and performance support.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect assets.
• Serve as primary contact for banking clients, maintaining service excellence and strong relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in banking, logistics, or security.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance.
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret operational data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High work ethic with the ability to thrive under pressure and strict deadlines.
