About the role

This position supports the daily operation of a retail store by ensuring the shop floor and stock areas remain clean, organized, and ready for customers. The role works closely with the sales team to provide assistance that enhances the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Assist with inventory checks, product placement, and stock replenishment.
• Support sales staff during peak periods by handling basic tasks and customer inquiries.
• Monitor and report any issues related to store presentation or safety.

Required profile

• Basic proficiency in mathematics for inventory counting.
• Strong focus on organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team.
• Willingness to learn store procedures and customer service standards.
