FMCG Sales Supervisor – Malawi

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) operations in Malawi. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, expanding our distribution network, and driving market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain long‑term stable relationships with existing clients, monitor sales progress and ensure timely order placement and stock replenishment.
• Identify and develop new clients with qualified distribution capabilities to continuously improve the customer base.
• Support clients in business expansion initiatives to increase their growth and our market share.
• Track market dynamics, conduct research, produce standardized market reports and adjust regional strategies accordingly.
• Provide end‑to‑end order support, including order placement, transportation coordination, cargo loading, customs clearance and arrival follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with deep knowledge of the Malawian market.
• Solid understanding of product import policies and procedures in Malawi.
• Proven track record in customer relationship maintenance and new customer acquisition.
