Warehouse Operations Coordinator & Senior Supervisor (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

One Acre Fund is hiring two fixed‑term positions in its Malawi logistics hub: a Warehouse Operations Coordinator (JL5) and a Warehouse Senior Supervisor (JL4). Both roles will support the delivery of agricultural inputs to smallholder farmers across southern Malawi.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure FIFO practices.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies and produce monthly inventory reports.
• Supervise, coach and allocate tasks for warehouse staff and casual labor.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to lead teams, manage daily execution and meet operational targets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency.
• FIFO inventory management.
