Join Jobgether at the heart of our digital ecosystem. As an IT & Systems Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of data between our ERP, marketplaces, and logistics platforms, driving the scalability of our high-growth e-commerce operations.

Missions principales

• Monitor and maintain critical integration flows between NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, and 3PL systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system failures by analyzing logs and API responses.
• Support ERP operations, including data queries, dashboard creation, reporting, and operational modeling.
• Build and optimize integration workflows through advanced mapping, transformations, and API connections.
• Ensure high data integrity by managing duplicate cleaning and record validation processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and user guides.
• Manage SaaS administration (user provisioning, access control) and support IT compliance and security audits.

Profil recherché

• Highly analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail for debugging complex data flows.
• Proven experience in managing integrated SaaS ecosystems or e-commerce technical operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment requiring proactive problem-solving.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Competences requises

• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon).
• Strong understanding of API integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting via logs.
• Experience with data integrity management and technical documentation (SOPs).
• Knowledge of IT security compliance and SaaS administration.
