About the role

The PACS Graduate in Training (GIT) is a developmental position that offers broad, practical exposure across Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability. You will join a structured learning programme, receive mentorship and work on real projects that support key initiatives within the PACS portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with public affairs and stakeholder‑engagement activities.
• Support communications campaigns, internal and external messaging.
• Contribute to sustainability projects and regulatory‑affairs tasks.
• Conduct research, data gathering and reporting for PACS initiatives.
• Participate in mentorship sessions and structured learning modules.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in public affairs, communications or sustainability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize information.
• Team‑oriented and proactive attitude.
