Technical Officer – Short‑Term Engagement

About the role

Parker Dunne Consultants is seeking a highly motivated Technical Officer for a short‑term engagement. The role supports the firm’s technical and business development activities, translating strategic priorities into concrete proposals, programmes and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of firm strategies in line with vision, mission and values.
• Translate strategic priorities into practical technical initiatives, workplans and deliverables.
• Provide technical and analytical support across consulting assignments and business development initiatives.
• Contribute to innovative methodologies, tools and solutions relevant to the firm’s areas of work.
• Assist the Team Leader in maintaining high quality of technical outputs and client deliverables.
• Lead and support business development and fundraising activities, including opportunity identification, concept development, proposal and tender writing.
• Conduct desk research and opportunity analysis to build a pipeline of prospective clients and funding sources.
• Develop technical narratives, methodologies, logical frameworks and workplans for proposals.
