Sales & Service Representative – Kasungu

About the role

VITALITE Malawi is seeking an energetic, results‑driven Sales & Service Representative to join its growing sales team in Kasungu. You will be the front‑line ambassador for VITALITE products, driving sales and delivering service to customers in the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell VITALITE products to retailers and end‑customers across Kasungu.
• Provide after‑sales service, address customer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and community members.
• Travel daily on a motorcycle to reach rural and urban customers.
• Track sales performance, report on market feedback, and support inventory distribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and marketing with a record of meeting targets.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• MSCE certificate with strong results in Mathematics and English.
• Professional, proactive, highly organized, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working independently and making on‑the‑spot decisions.
• Valid motorcycle license and demonstrated riding experience.
