About the role
University of Malawi is seeking qualified academics for the positions of Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor or Professor in Public Administration. The role involves teaching, research and participation in university governance.
Key responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in public administration and related subjects.
- Conduct research in your area of specialisation and publish findings.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, college and university‑wide committees.
- Serve as an academic consultant within the broader areas of the department.
Required profile
- Hold a Master’s degree or PhD in Public Administration, Management, Public Policy or Political Science.
- Degree must be from an institution recognised by the University of Malawi.
