Finance Technician (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Technician to support our financial operations in Lilongwe. The role involves executing core financial activities, ensuring that accounting and financial information is delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute financial tasks in line with superior guidelines, established policies, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare and provide timely, rigorous, and reliable accounting and financial information.
• Ensure compliance with legal obligations and safeguard the organization’s financial integrity.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, planning and organizational abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with high accuracy and reliability.
• Willingness to be mobile as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SAP.
