Missions principales

• Act as the first point of contact by welcoming drivers and visitors with professionalism.
• Provide essential information regarding site locations, routes, and operational procedures.
• Direct drivers to the appropriate loading/unloading stations to ensure smooth flow.
• Handle administrative tasks, including processing documents and managing incoming calls and emails.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area to ensure a professional image.

Profil recherché

• Highly autonomous and able to manage tasks independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and social skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong interest in logistics processes and supply chain operations.
• Reliable and punctual, with a proactive mindset.

Competences requises

• Fluency in Dutch and English (essential).
