Finance Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our finance department by ensuring the smooth execution of essential administrative tasks and maintaining the integrity of our financial data.

Main Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable Management: Upload client account requests to internal portals, configure client systems within the KBS ERP, track missing CMR/POD documents, and finalize client invoicing.
• Client Liaison: Collaborate closely with sales teams to resolve client inquiries, generate credit notes, and manage EDI file transfers and troubleshooting.
• Accounts Payable Support: Process supplier account opening requests, configure supplier systems in the ERP, and maintain accurate master data and cost matrices.
• Data & Administration: Perform precise data entry, update contact information in KBS, manage document archiving, maintain control sheets, and provide cross-departmental administrative assistance.

• You are a team player with a proactive mindset, ready to take initiative and support various departments.
• You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous approach to accuracy.
• Previous experience in a similar administrative or finance-related role is considered a strong asset.
